YOUR KEY MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the budgetary control and performance management of Beauty Tech costs. You will collaborate closely with Zone and Global Finance teams to support and guide L'Oreal's worldwide Beauty Tech strategy.

• Strategic Contribution: Actively contribute to drafting the Strategic Plan, Budget, and Trends for your scope of activity (e.g., preparing analysis charts, summaries, specific studies).
• Proactive Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analyses to identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions to support business and budgetary objectives.
• Performance Reporting: Produce and present clear and precise monthly financial reports related to your activity.
• Compliance & Internal Control: Ensure the rigorous implementation of sound Internal Control practices within your area, guaranteeing adherence to L'Oreal's internal standards.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

1. Budget Development & Growth:

• Develop and manage budgets (OPEX, CAPEX) and forecasts in close collaboration with operational teams.
• Understand the direct impact of these elements on achieving overall business and financial targets.
• Implement transformation and simplification levers within Finance to increase the overall efficiency and sustainability of our processes, tools, and business models.

2. Performance Planning & Analysis:

• Anticipate and identify opportunities, risks, and propose concrete solutions to close gaps.
• Define clear objectives and measurable targets.
• Formulate strategic recommendations based on thorough analyses.
• Calculate and interpret financial results accurately.

3. Proactive Business Partner:

• Leverage your market and L'Oreal knowledge, along with your financial expertise, to understand, improve, challenge, and provide strategic recommendations.

4. Mastery of Systems & Data Management:

• Utilize your knowledge and intuition of data management systems (SAP/NEO, Compass, Magnitude, F4T...) to provide critical insights, optimize their use, and participate in the development of available tools.
• Ensure compliance with the global adoption of F4T-driven processes and ways of working, guaranteeing data consistency within the entire SAP/NEO/Compass/F4T ecosystem.

5. Efficient Reporting & Consolidation:

• Ensure financial reporting aligns with Group standards and remains consistent across all platforms.

6. Master Management Standards & Internal Controls:

• Use financial documents and ensure their compliance with internal (management standards) and external standards (GAAP/IFRS).
