Finance Manager, Controlling & Reporting (Hybrid)

In this rolem, This person will take ownership of the business and segment financial reports for country and group financial reporting as a individual contibutor. The Regional Finance Team Leader, Controlling & Reporting will be responsible for the development and improvement of financial business processes and act as an advisor to local country finance organizations.
As a Regional Finance Team Leader, Controlling & Reporting, you will

  • Assist in regional consolidation for monthly closing, budget, and forecast, ensuring clear insights for Management and providing actionable analysis to key stakeholders
  • Review variance analysis and create waterfall bridges to identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Build dashboard and interactive reports for Management
  • Review regular balance sheet governance, audit, and other business compliance (e.g. IATA Financial review) across the APAC region
  • Investigate operational processes within the local country to understand the financial impact brought to the business
  • Review and enforce intercompany balance variances to ensure group eliminations are met
About you
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, with exposure to accounting practices in other APAC regional countries
  • Strong technical skills in advanced Excel and BI tools, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
  • Experience with SAP ERP system
  • Ability to prepare and work with reports
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
