Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with Hydro PSP's strategic objectives and operational priorities.
• Implement and manage SAP-based financial systems to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor and control project costs, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Lead taxation and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations while optimizing tax efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the financial stability and sustainability of Hydro PSP operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance and recommend strategies for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the COO and other senior stakeholders, providing insights into financial health and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the evaluation and financial due diligence of new projects or investments within the Hydro PSP business unit.
• Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimization to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
• Lender Management : MIS Reporting to Lender , Coordination with cross functional team for the compliance of Pre Disbursement Condition and post disbursement.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Proven expertise in using SAP for financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Expertise in risk management and financial analysis within large-scale infrastructure projects
