Key Responsibility
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast. Manage compliance requirements related to GST, income tax, Companies Act. Monitoring cash flow and ensuring proper cash management. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Oversee the implementation and utilization of ERP systems for efficient financial and management reporting. Collaborate with external auditors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audits. Implement and maintain internal control measures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud. Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
