This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Pune.

- The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards, and optimizing financial processes and systems.

Qualifications. - Expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis. Experience in managing budgeting and forecasting processes. Experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

- Ability to analyze complex financial information and prepare reports. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus. Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) are a plus. Experience in the placement and staffing industry is a plus

- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organization\'s financial decisions. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing the use of financial resources. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, providing insights to support executive decision-making.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and efficient use of funds to meet operational needs. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
