, is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200+ people with more than 15+ outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100+ new outlets across Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000+ people over the next year.

Designation: Finance Lead - Revenue Assurance & Reconciliation

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in Finance / ICWA

Certifications (if any)

Certification in Data Analytics, Financial Reporting, or Reconciliation Tools (Preferred)*

Revenue Assurance roles with Minimum

3+ years in F&B, QSR, Hospitality or Retail sector Industry.

Job Brief: The role is responsible for building and institutionalizing a comprehensive multi-channel

Revenue Assurance and Reconciliation framework for Harley's Fine Baking. The incumbent will ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue across all sales channels (QSRs, lounges, cloud kitchens, online ordering and payment platforms, website, UPI, wallets, etc.), drive automation, streamline reconciliation processes, and eliminate systemic leakage while supporting business growth and financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead D+1 reconciliation of POS, bank credits, and cash collections across all outlets.*
Map and monitor all revenue streams--online aggregators, payment gateways, credit cards, prepaid cards, and cash.*
Oversee reconciliation with online ordering and payment platforms.*
Validate commissions, refunds, cancellations, and payout timelines.*
Develop SOPs and dashboards for exception tracking and resolution within T+2 timelines.*
Collaborate with Ops, Store, and external teams to resolve discrepancies.*
Define and monitor cash deposit and handover protocols across outlets.*
Conduct training sessions for store and cluster managers on compliance and reconciliation standards.*
Collaborate with Tech/POS vendors to drive reconciliation automation and process optimization.*
Minimize manual intervention and reduce reconciliation turnaround time.*
Generate weekly dashboards and monthly revenue assurance reports for the CFO.*
Support FP&A and Accounting in monthly closings, audits, and revenue variance analysis.*
Build data models and forecasts integrating POS/aggregator trends and seasonal patterns*

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of F&B and retail revenue models, commissions, and delivery platform integrations.*
Expertise in reconciliation processes and data accuracy management.*
Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting systems, and BI/reporting tools.*
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.*
Process-oriented with deep attention to detail.*
