Job Description

We are looking for enterprising individuals who are willing to take on a responsibility and deliver. An ideal candidate should have decent knowledge of concepts above and willingness to learn. We value commitment and dedication over past experience. In terms of time expectations, the VC research intern lead should be able to join us at least for 6 months and should be willing to commit 8 to 10 hours on a daily basis. We follow lean startup methodology and value iterative development cycles.

About the Internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Conduct research and analysis of our industry and communicate with investors Contact corporate, institutional, venture investors in India and abroad Generate regular leads and meetings for founders with private equity, VCs, and HNI Arrange and attend investor meetings along with the CEO Maintain all records and documents, circulars, agreements, etc. Handle all confidential correspondence at senior levels independently Work on financial modeling Manage due diligence and other related activities Work on investor relations & monthly reporting Create/update pitchbook/investor presentations Oversee competitive and industry analyses, including financial performance, operating trends, and valuations Assist in developing business strategy targeting topline growth Only those candidates can apply
