About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
3. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
4. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
5. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, MSI, and reporting systems
6. Prepare financial models & plans for the company
7. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
8. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
9. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
10. Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for any necessary entities
11. Work on collecting, interpreting & reviewing financial information
12. Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
13. Make investments in assets that maximize returns
14. Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization
15. Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
16. Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance
17. Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
