Role Overview

We are looking for an

MBA Finance Intern

with strong

Excel skills

to support the Finance team in reporting, analysis, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

financial reports and dashboards

. Perform

data analysis using Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts). Support

budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

. Handle day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliations, and vendor/client ledgers. Maintain clean, accurate books and support monthly closing activities. Track operations cost and highlight areas where the company can save without hurting delivery. Calculate project-wise profitability (revenue vs. effort vs. expenses) and flag deviations. Prepare dashboards for cashflow, burn rate, and monthly financial health. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial planning. Review invoices, payment schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups. Support compliance tasks--GST, TDS, payroll coordination (basic level). Help build CFO-style insights: financial risks, cost leaks, and strategic recommendations. Improve existing finance systems, documentation, and SOPs.

Requirements

MBA in Finance (completed). Strong with numbers,

MS Excel skills

, spreadsheets, and attention to detail. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of finance and accounting. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
