We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Intern who is pursuing CA Final . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and taxation, along with prior hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax related work. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to core finance operations while contributing to the organization's compliance and reporting processes.
Duration: 12months with PPO conversion opportunity before the mark of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation of GSTR-2B & books, and ensuring timely compliance.
Support in TDS computation, deduction, and quarterly return preparation.
Work on Income Tax filings, accounting entries, advance tax calculations, and supporting documentation.
Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
Support internal audits, statutory audits, and preparation of audit schedules.
Maintain proper documentation and working papers for all tax and accounting activities.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial analysis, and management dashboards.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for data collection and clarification.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
A CA Finalist having cleared both groups of the CA Intermediate level enrolled for the final stage of the course .
Prior internship or work experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax is required.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
Good understanding of Indian taxation and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and documentation skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
