Job Description

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Basic knowledge of financial software or ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Accounts Management:

Support the accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial records.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Help with preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and report variances from the budget.

Data Management:

Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Update financial databases and systems.

Compliance & Audit Support:

Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Provide support on special projects or ad-hoc financial analyses as required. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday Weekend availability

Noida Sector 45, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
