Job Title: Finance Intern

Reports To: Finance Head



Job Overview:


The Finance Intern will support the finance team in managing client communications, organizing financial data, preparing deal documents, and maintaining accurate records in Zoho CRM. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end finance process-- from enquiry to settlement.

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Email Management



Handle and organize incoming and outgoing emails related to client finance enquiries. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client communications. Maintain an updated record of all correspondence for audit and tracking purposes.

2. Deals Management (Zoho CRM)



Save and update contact information for new and existing clients in Zoho CRM and other basic other tasks. Assist in the preparation and documentation of financial deals. Ensure all client and deal data are accurate and up to date.

3. Client Communication



Make follow-up and courtesy calls to clients at various stages of the finance process. Gather feedback and provide updates on application status. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all client interactions.

4. Administrative Support Tasks



Support the finance team in documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation. Help with financial data entry, and verification tasks as assigned. Assist team members with updating the sheets. Assist in coordination between clients, lenders, and internal teams.

5. Basic Understanding of Finance Processes



Learn the

end-to-end finance workflow

, including enquiry handling, documentation, verification, submission, approval, and settlement. Understand

key financial concepts

, such as loan types, interest rates, repayments, and credit assessment basics. Gain knowledge of

compliance requirements

and documentation standards within the finance process. Develop familiarity with

financial statements, deal summaries, and reconciliation basics.


Skills and Qualifications:



Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Zoho CRM is an advantage. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
