Role Overview

We are looking for a

CA Article registered with ICAI

to work closely with the CFO and finance team. This role provides hands-on exposure to

fundraising, investor relations, accounting, compliance, financial modeling, and strategic finance

, offering strong learning aligned with corporate finance and CFO office functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Investor Support

? Assist in preparation of

pitch decks, teasers, Information Memorandums (IMs), and data rooms

? Support

financial models

including 3-statement models, projections, DCF, and sensitivity analysis
? Coordinate

due diligence

requirements with investors, VCs, advisors, and internal teams
? Track investor queries, information requests, follow-ups, and

MIS updates

? Assist in

valuation analysis

and term sheet comparisons

2. Accounting & Financial Reporting

? Maintain

books of accounts

in compliance with

Ind AS / AS

? Assist in

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

? Prepare

MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs actual analysis

? Support

statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit

processes

3. Compliance & Taxation

? Assist in

GST, TDS, income tax returns

, and related statutory filings
? Support

ROC filings

and maintenance of compliance documentation
? Maintain

compliance calendars

, checklists, and statutory records

4. CFO Office & Strategic Support

? Assist CFO in

cash flow management

and

working capital analysis

? Support preparation of

board meeting decks and management presentations

? Perform

ad-hoc financial analysis

for strategic and business decisions
? Coordinate with

bankers, auditors, consultants, and legal advisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

?

CA Article registered with ICAI (mandatory)

? Strong understanding of

accounting standards, financial statements, and taxation

? Proficiency in

MS Excel (advanced)

and

PowerPoint

? Working knowledge of

financial modeling and valuation

(preferred)
? Strong

analytical, communication, and documentation skills

? High level of

attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality

? Keen interest in

corporate finance, fundraising, or CFO office roles
