About the Internship
We are looking for a Finance Intern who is passionate about finance, analytics, and documentation. The ideal candidate must be strong in Microsoft Excel
, familiar with
finance-related AI tools, and willing to support daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day finance activities and administrative financial operations.
Prepare and update financial year statements, financial planning sheets, and expense & outcome sheets.
Maintain and analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
Work with AI-based finance software for reporting and data automation.
Perform GST checking, invoice verification, and reconciliation of payments.
Support the team in fund offer & funding verification processes.
Assist in preparing monthly / quarterly / annual finance reports.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and systematic documentation of all finance records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BSc Finance, MBA Finance, or any Commerce/Finance-related degree).
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel - formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards.
Basic understanding of financial statements, GST, invoices, and accounting principles.
Knowledge of AI finance tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to learn quickly, analyse data, and work in a structured manner.
Good communication, discipline, and time-management skills.
