Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process.

Invoice Processing

: Supplier Invoice processing accurately in line with tax invoice, PO and GRN (three way match)

Accounting Tasks:

Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and reconciliation.

Reimbursement

s : Employee expense claims processing on time and in line with policy

Report Generation:

Assisting with the creation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports from Financial Systems.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.

Spreadsheet Management:

Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for various financial tasks.

Compliance and Audits:

Supporting compliance efforts and assisting with audits.

Presentation Preparation:

Preparing presentations for finance-related topics.

Project Support:

Assisting with special projects as needed.

Communication:

Communicating financial information clearly and concisely.
