Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain and pitch our range of financial products, including mutual funds, equities, SIPs, bonds, and more. Engage with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, address queries, and provide updates on their financial portfolios. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the Finance Manager when required. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM or relevant database regularly. Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and refine client communication strategies. Stay updated on financial products and market trends to provide informed advice during client interactions.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone demeanor. Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple and relatable manner. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about financial markets. Basic knowledge of financial products and services (preferred).

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
