Assist in building and maintaining financial models for valuation, forecasting, and investment analysis (DCF, LBO, etc.).
Support financial due diligence and analysis for potential transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising.
Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries, and financial instruments (debt, equity, and hybrid securities).
Help in preparing pitch books, investment memorandums, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyse financial statements and key performance indicators to assess corporate health and strategic opportunities.
Fundraising from different countries to reduce the cost of capital.
