Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Insurance & Finance Executive

to manage vehicle financing and insurance processes at our BMW dealership in Raipur. The role involves liaising with financial institutions, insurance providers, and customers to offer seamless and competitive finance and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Operations:

Assist customers in understanding vehicle finance options (Loan/Lease). Coordinate with banks/NBFCs to get customer loans approved promptly. Generate and manage all finance-related documentation. Achieve monthly finance sales targets set by management.

Insurance Operations:

Provide insurance quotations to customers (new and renewals). Process motor insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies. Handle customer queries related to insurance claims and policy terms.

Customer Handling:

Provide end-to-end financial consultation during the vehicle buying process. Educate customers about EMI plans, interest rates, and insurance benefits. Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policy standards.

Coordination & Reporting:

Liaise with the sales team to ensure finance & insurance options are integrated into every vehicle deal. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for finance & insurance activities. Follow up on payments, documentation, and disbursements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance (preferably in a premium car dealership). Familiarity with auto loan processes, credit policies, and motor insurance guidelines. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of DMS/CRM software is a plus.
