We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Head to oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, maintaining fiscal discipline, and supporting business growth through insightful financial management. Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals to ensure long-term financial sustainability.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide management decision-making.
Accounting & Compliance:
Oversee accounting operations, statutory audits, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
Manage working capital, banking relationships, and cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize fund utilization.
Internal Controls & Governance:
Establish and monitor strong internal controls, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance practices.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, MIS, and variance analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
10 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
Strong background in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage. Key Competencies
