As the

Finance Head

, you will oversee the entire finance and accounting function for the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, financial health, and strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate must be a qualified CA with strong experience in business finance and team leadership within a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations - AP/AR, GL, tax filings, and statutory compliance. Drive the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior leadership. Prepare detailed financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions. Handle all audits and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors. Ensure timely filings for GST, TDS, and Income Tax and maintain strong compliance. Implement and optimize accounting systems like Zoho, SAP, and other ERP platforms. Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 finance professionals. Provide leadership for cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile:

Qualified CA (1st attempt only) with 5-9 years of experience. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing finance teams. Excellent proficiency in accounting software and tools (Zoho, Tally, SAP, ERP systems). Prior experience in

preferred. Strong command of English and Hindi, both written and verbal. High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and integrity.
