Job Description

This strategic leadership role demands strong financial acumen, business partnering capability, and operational insight. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, enhance reporting systems, and provide strategic decision support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

in line with business objectives. Develop and review

management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses

to generate actionable insights. Build and maintain

robust financial models

for scenario analysis, valuation, and business planning. Partner cross-functionally with

operations and business teams

to enhance profitability, cost efficiency, and working capital management. Drive

business performance reviews

, identifying risks, opportunities, and process improvements. Support strategic initiatives such as

new business evaluation, project feasibility, and M&A due diligence

. Ensure

strong financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks

are established and maintained.

Mentor and lead a team

of finance professionals to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in reporting. Collaborate with

auditors, investors, and senior stakeholders

to maintain transparency and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-14 years

of experience in

Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance

, ideally within mid-to-large organizations. Proven track record in

financial planning, modelling, and strategic decision support

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in

Excel, Power BI

, or similar analytical tools. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

, with experience presenting to senior management. Exposure to

operations finance, cost analysis, or project finance

is a plus. Experience working with

cross-functional teams

(design, execution, and strategy) preferred.

Educational Qualifications

MBA (Finance)

from a reputed institute. Additional credentials such as

CFA / CPA

are advantageous.
