Maintain internal controls and audit readiness.
Coordinate with accountants
4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Oversee banking operations and credit lines.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
5. Cost Control & Process Improvement
Review expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
6. Risk Management
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Protect company assets and financial data.
7. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Ensure performance evaluation and development.
