Biitcode is seeking an experienced

Finance Head

to lead the financial strategy, operations, compliance, costing, and audit management across all business units--Lighting, Automotive, Motor & Corporate. The role demands strong governance, IATF-aligned processes, and financial leadership to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities1? Financial Strategy & Planning

Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for all divisions. Ensure alignment of financial KPIs with IATF/QMS metrics. Evaluate ROI, capex, and business expansion proposals.

Financial Operations & Controls

Oversee AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and banking operations. Strengthen internal controls, cost discipline, and risk management. Drive working capital efficiency--cash flow, inventory, receivables.

IATF 16949 Compliance

Ensure all finance processes meet IATF 16949 and QMS documentation standards. Lead audit readiness, CAPA closures, and MR meeting financial inputs.

Costing & Profitability

Lead product costing, BOM/standard costing for automotive lighting products. Run cost variance, margin, and profitability analysis. Partner with plant, SCM, Marketing & Quality teams for cost optimization.

Statutory Compliance & Audits

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Companies Act. Manage internal, external, statutory & IATF audits. Ensure timely filings and audit closures.

Reporting & MIS

Deliver monthly/quarterly MIS dashboards to CEO & Board. Provide financial insights, business risks, and performance reports.

Leadership

Lead and mentor finance, accounts & costing teams. Drive automation, skill enhancement, and process improvements. Engage with banks, auditors, consultants & OEM customers.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

IATF 16949 finance compliance & QMS

. Expertise in costing (automotive/lighting preferred). Advanced ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle), Excel & financial modelling. Strong analytical & business partnering skills. Excellent leadership, communication & integrity.

Educational Requirements

CA / CMA - Mandatory

MBA Finance - Preferred Certifications in IATF / QMS / Lean Finance - Advantageous
