SALARY - 500000 TO 600000 LPA

Key Responsibilities

TALLY, SAP knowledge

Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve organizational goals, including long-term financial plans and profitability targets.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Oversee the creation and management of company budgets, forecasts, and financial models to maintain financial stability and guide strategic decisions.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to interpret performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for executive management.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial well-being.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all applicable financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards, including tax planning and audits.

Reporting:

Lead the financial reporting process, preparing accurate and timely financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and oversee the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Stakeholder Management:

Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and investors (if applicable).

Investment Management:

Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to grow the company's portfolio.
