Job Profile

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Leader (Finance Head / Controller / VP Finance) to manage the overall Accounts & Finance Department of a growing pharmaceutical company with a turnover of approximately 150 Cr. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong leadership abilities and proven expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence .

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function, including accounting, taxation, treasury, and compliance. Develop and implement robust financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives. Monitor and control cash flow, working capital, and fund management. Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance (Direct/Indirect taxes, GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.). Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations for decision-making. Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities. Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and risk management strategies. Build and mentor a strong finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least

5+ years of post-qualification experience

. Proven track record in handling finance leadership roles in mid/large organizations (experience in Pharma industry preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial planning, and statutory compliance. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work closely with management to support business expansion and decision-making.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
