Finance Head / CFO

Work Location :

Kharghar , Navi Mumbai

: Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the regional office & branches.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.

Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

Manage and supervise financial reporting and analysis.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Conduct risk management and advise on financial decisions.

Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and implement effective internal controls and policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Officer, or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

CPA or similar certification required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
