About the Business

Mayurank Foods is a Kolkata-based company which was established on 1st May 2005. We are

processors, packers, and bulk suppliers of a wide range of products like spices and condiments, dry fruits and nuts, pulses, rice, herbs and seasonings, food chemicals and ingredients, cereals, flours, sugar, oil, and other edible items. We supply products to various chain stores, supermarkets, and institutional buyers along with some leading modern retailers.

OfBusiness ventured into raw material processing in 2021 with the acquisition of its first company and

has since expanded to include over 25 companies across sectors such as Steel, FMCG, Chemicals, Aluminum, Lubricants, and more. These businesses, employing over 20,000 people, collectively generate nearly INR 10,000 Cr. annually. Strategic investments in expanding and acquiring new units have reinforced our processing footprint, strengthening and deepening our market position across key

industries.

What you will do.

Routine Financial Operations:

Manage day-to-day financial functions including fund flow planning, vendor payments, and expense monitoring.

Monthly Closures & MIS:

Supervise monthly book closing and prepare management reports (MIS) for performance tracking and analysis.

Audit & Compliance:

Lead preparations for statutory and internal audits; ensure proper documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and valuation; coordinate with operations for stock audits and inventory controls.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

Ensure timely bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations; generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Supervision:

Lead a small finance team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company processes.

What we are looking for.

M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter 4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a product-based or manufacturing setup Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, etc.) Good understanding of accounting standards and financial controls Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
