Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting :

Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure accuracy of general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.

Monitor accounts payable/receivable, aging reports, and ensure timely collections/payments.

Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulations. Team Leadership & Complaint Handling

Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team, ensuring workload is managed efficiently.

Address and resolve complaints related to invoicing, payments, and financial discrepancies. Implement process improvements to minimize recurring financial issues. Train staff on accounting processes, complaint resolution, and compliance requirements. Export & Foreign Currency Transactions Manage export-related documentation, billing, and compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other statutory requirements. Handle foreign currency transactions including inward/outward remittances, forex conversions, and reconciliation. Liaise with banks, auditors, and export authorities for approvals and clarifications. Ensure compliance with customs, GST refund claims, and export incentives. Compliance & Process Improvements Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS) and statutory regulations. Monitor tax compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) related to domestic and export transactions. Develop internal controls and streamline processes for better efficiency. Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and export regulations. Experience in handling foreign currency transactions and banking procedures. Proven ability in complaints resolution and conflict management. Leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel. Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong financial accounting background.

10-15 years of experience in financial accounting, including handling exports and forex.

Prior experience in leading a finance team and resolving client/vendor complaints.
