Role Overview

The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing

financial operations

audit, MIS, taxation, reconciliation, and financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

Audit Management:

Lead internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

MIS Reporting:

Prepare and analyze MIS reports, including

cash flow and fund flow statements

.

Reconciliation:

Perform

data reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation

regularly.

Financial Statements:

Prepare and maintain accurate

balance sheets, profit & loss statements

, and other reports.

Invoice Processing & Bookkeeping:

Manage invoice processing, maintain ledgers, and ensure timely bookkeeping.

Tax Compliance:

Handle

TDS return filing, GST return filing

, and other statutory filings on time.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Support budgeting activities and monitor financial performance against targets.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in finance with

audit background

. Strong understanding of

accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance requirements

. Proficiency in

financial analysis, MIS, and ERP/accounting software

. Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per month
