Job Brief
We are looking for a strong and inspiring Head of Finance to lead our finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to guide the company s financial future.
You will help keep our finances healthy, safe, and ready for growth. This is a key role where your ideas and leadership will truly matter. If you enjoy building teams, making smart decisions, and supporting business growth, this role is for you.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team
• Ensure all financial and legal rules are followed
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and financial reports
• Manage risks and protect the company s financial health
• Support business growth with strong financial guidance
• Work with global teams across different countries
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Help leadership make clear and confident decisions

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 15 20 years of finance experience
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in IT Product or BFSI Technology companies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good business understanding and decision-making ability
• High integrity, discipline, and attention to detail
