Job Summary:

The Head of Finance is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This role ensures the financial health of the company through robust financial planning, risk management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in financial management, business strategy, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Financial Leadership

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support overall business goals. Partner with executive leadership to drive financial performance and long-term growth. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process. Develop financial forecasts and performance tracking. Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Reporting

Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Cash Flow & Treasury

Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Manage working capital and ensure liquidity for operations.

Risk Management & Compliance

Establish and monitor internal controls. Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate policies. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the finance team. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, tech, services] preferred. Strong knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.). Proven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
