BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced

Finance Head

for a healthcare industry based in South Delhi/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling book of accounts, F&A month end closures, and related industry knowledge along with bringing financial leadership, and the ability to streamline processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end finance operations for both clinics, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Drive cost optimization and ensure efficient allocation of resources across locations. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and revenue cycle management. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and healthcare industry norms. Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making. Manage audits, investor reporting, and liaise with banks and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

Key Requirements

Qualification: CA/MBA in Finance /Mcom

2-5 years of experience as a

Finance Head

in the

healthcare industry

is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial compliance, taxation, and MIS reporting. Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Competitive salary package (?12-15 LPA). Exposure to a growing healthcare business with multi-location operations.
