Job Title: Head of Finance

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the companys financial planning, management, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, analytical, and forward-thinking leader who can support business growth while maintaining financial health and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Oversee the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analysis to guide decision-making.
Financial Reporting:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure liquidity to support operations and growth.
Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies; ensure appropriate insurance coverage and internal controls.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit:
Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements; liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing finance team; provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with other department heads, board members, and external stakeholders (banks, investors, auditors, etc.).
Investment & Fund Management:
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage relationships with financial institutions and funding partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a senior finance leader, preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, tech, services].
Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
