We are hiring for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reporting To: Chairman / Managing Director

Qualification (Mandatory) : CA / ICWAI / CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)

MBA (Finance) - Added advantage but not mandatory

Experience : 15-20 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, and Compliance

Location: Erode

CTC : :24 LPA

Role Objective

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strong financial governance, control, and strategic financial leadership, ensuring compliance, transparency, cost discipline, and capital efficiency in a high-volume, low-margin commodity business.

The role is expected to work closely with promoters, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.

# Handling of:

o GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliances

o ROC, Companies Act, and regulatory filings

Strong liaison with external auditors and consultants
# Financial Control & Reporting

End-to-end ownership of:
o Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

o Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

Cost control and variance analysis
Robust MIS and management reporting systems
# Costing & Margin Management

Deep understanding of cost accounting
Product-wise, channel-wise margin analysis
Commodity price impact analysis and hedging support (if applicable)
# Banking, Treasury & Working Capital

Bank relationship management
Working capital optimization
Fund flow, cash flow forecasting, and utilization
Handling CC limits, LC, BG, and trade finance
# Taxation & Risk Management

Direct & indirect taxation planning
Risk identification and mitigation
Support during assessments, notices, and litigation
# Strategic Finance & Decision Support

Business partnering with COO / CEO
Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Capex evaluation and ROI analysis
Supporting growth, expansion, and restructuring decisions
# Skills :

Experience in commodity / FMCG / manufacturing-linked businesses preferred Audit, Compliance & Governance
Strong background in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audits
