Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.

• Budget Management: Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and management of the companys budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

• Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate financial risks.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.

• Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to enhance profitability and financial efficiency.

• Investment Management: Evaluate investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the fashion industry or a related sector.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
