Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist in business planning. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure proper documentation. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to maintain operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, SAP, OracleExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education: B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) or equivalent qualification. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
