Roles & Responsibilties:

• Management Reporting for the months
• Preparation of various dashboards for management review
• Enhancing the quality of accounting and management reports
• Person in charge of Complete Accounting /AP Function of Bridgestone India
• Ensuring all Accounting / AP processes are IFC/SOX compliant on implementation
• Oversee preparation of periodic performance and Vendor account reconciliations
• Leading and developing AP team members including managing workload, establishing priorities and training
• Provide constant support and recommendation to other stakeholders/ business leaders to
• enable taking informed decisions
• Responsible for appropriate TDS/TCS deductions and required by tax laws
• Ensuring Balance Sheet hygiene check of all AP related General Ledger
• Stay alert to new challenges from Taxation / regulatory /MSMED laws
• Supplementary billing in SAP for all Vendors, ensuring raising timely DN
• Implementing Automation in the area of AP by way of conducting testing on SAP for various new business scenarios and support for Go-Live
• Handling all type of Internal audit, group audit and Stat Audit
• Keeping SOPs, DTPs updated
• Monthly material price provisioning, EMEA Reporting's
