Role Overview

We are looking for a

commerce or finance graduate

(or

CA Inter

) with at least

3 years of experience

who is eager to grow in a dynamic fintech environment. This role blends

finance, accounting, and fund administration

with

cutting-edge technology

and offers hands-on exposure to the world of

AI-driven finance operations

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day

finance and accounting

activities for the company. Support

fund accounting and reporting

processes for AIFs and other asset classes. Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS, reconciliations, and audit schedules. Work with product and tech teams to streamline accounting workflows using

AI and automation tools

. Prepare management presentations and reports using

Excel and PowerPoint

.

What We are Looking For

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in accounting, fund accounting, or financial operations.

Excel Expertise:

Deep functional knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) non-negotiable*.

Tech-Savvy:

Strong technology orientation with an inclination to explore

AI tools

in daily work.

Communication:

Clear, articulate, and professional communication skills.

Location:

Must be based in

Hyderabad

and available to work from office,

5 days a week
