Job Title: Finance Operator (North Europe Team)

Shift Timings:

- General Shift - 12.00am to 9.00pm

Rotational shifts - 6.30am to 2.30pm

2.30pm to 10.30pm

10.30pm to 6.30am

CTC Offered: INR 2,70,600 per annum

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Fresher

:

- Manage North Europe processing staff and activities within the S5 guidelines.

- Hands on leadership of the processing team in performance of duties.

- Manage S5 systems as required.

- Validation / Quality checking of Processed DA of charterer agent calls.

- Monitoring and management of all rejection and disputes raised by processing team and client.

- Monitoring the agreed Client specific KPI's with Team leader.

- Understanding and knowledge of operational accounting reports.

- Ability to run reports from finance database and build management reports using the data.

- Testing the AN/AW system and contributing ideas to improve the system.

- Daily contact with regional Hubs and further stakeholders.

- Adhering to S5 quality management/HSSE systems.

- To train and manage staff remotely in other finance hubs.

- Train clients both face to face and remotely

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
