Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager from a

manufacturing background

to oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide management with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

costing, inventory accounting, GST, TDS, and MIS reporting

.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

Supervise day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate financial records. Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Manage vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and fund flow.

2. Manufacturing Finance & Costing

Maintain

cost sheets

and analyze production costs, raw material usage, and wastage. Track

inventory valuation

, consumption, and stock reconciliations. Work closely with the production and procurement teams to control costs.

3. Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of

GST returns, TDS, and other statutory obligations

. Handle audits, assessments, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants. Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

4. Budgeting & MIS Reporting

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Generate periodic

MIS reports

for management decision-making. Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic planning.

5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Review financial processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
