Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgeting activities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in financial planning, cost control, and risk management.
Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
Utilize financial software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for funding and related matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter/MBA in Finance preferred).
2-5 years of experience in a finance-related role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other financial software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
