Position Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounts. Candidates with an MBA in Finance will be given first preference, followed by those with a B.Com degree complemented by an MBA. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to contribute effectively to the hospital's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial processes and control costs. Support audit processes and liaise with auditors for timely completion. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure confidentiality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Finance (preferred) or B.Com with MBA. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or a high-volume corporate environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
