Job Location: Bhutani Techno Park, Sec - 127 Noida

Job Purpose:

Manage financial book keeping at Footprints (Group Company)

:

1. Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc,

2. Handling day-to-day accounting,

3. Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments,

4. Handling all banking related works,

5. Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email,

6. Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them,

7. Handling and filling GST and TDS

8. Preparing profit and loss statements,

9. Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities,

10. Handling petty cash,

11. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws,

12. Preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cash Flow).

Skills:

Technical -

1. Proficiency in book-keeping software, particularly Tally Prime,

2. Sound knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures

3. Sound knowledge of Accounting principles.

4. Sound knowledge of of Microsoft Excel.

Non-technical -

1. Numeracy -- Ability to understand and work with numbers.

2. Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.

3. Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what others are saying.

4. Service Orientation -- Actively looking for ways to help people.
