Key Responsibilities:
? Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliations.
? Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and vendor payments.
? Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
? Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
? Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors, clients) on finance-related matters.
? Handle client queries, calls, and emails related to payments, billing, and account statements.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
? Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
? Proficiency in MS Excel
? Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
? High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
