To assist in core finance functions such as treasury operations, fund flow tracking, banking coordination, financial reporting, audit support, and statutory compliance, MIS Reporting, - both at the corporate, branch and factory level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Track daily fund flow positions across multiple bank accounts.
2. Coordinate with banks for fund transfers, overdrafts, LC, BG, and loan documentation. 3. Prepare cash flow projections, track utilization vs. limits, and highlight variances. 4. Support timely payment processing for vendors, taxes, statutory liabilities and payroll. 5. Handle interest calculation schedules, EMI tracking, and working capital limits. 6. Assist in preparation of MIS reports - daily, weekly, monthly dashboards. 7. Compile data and working papers for internal and statutory audits.
9. Support preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit packs.
10. Conduct basic financial analysis of product, region, or customer profitability. 11. Maintain documentation for loans, investments, and insurance.
12. Coordinate with branches/factories for cash requests, capex tracking, and compliance reporting.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Sound understanding of finance and treasury functions.
Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.
Proficiency in Excel for financial reporting.
Ability to manage banking and stakeholder relationships.
Integrity, confidentiality, and strong process orientation.
Experience Required:
5-7 years in finance roles, preferably within trading, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Semi-qualified CA
Software/ERP Knowledge:
MS Excel (advanced functions, dashboards)
ERP systems (Tally, Focus, SAP)
Online banking platforms
GST and TDS Portals
Familiarity with fund management tools (optional)
Work Environment Notes:
Central finance role with coordination across branches and factory teams. o Involves daily interaction with banks and finance service providers.
Frequent follow-ups for supplier and customer reconciliations
May require extended working hours during audit and monthly closing.
