Role Overview

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Finance Executive

to support our finance and accounting operations. This role plays a key part in managing daily financial activities, statutory compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

day-to-day accounting and financial operations

Prepare and support

monthly MIS, P&L statements, and Balance Sheet

Handle

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Manage

GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

and

TDS compliance

Perform

bank reconciliations

and monitor

cash flow

Coordinate with

auditors, consultants, and internal teams

Manage

vendor payments, expense tracking, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Strong working knowledge of

Tally Prime & MS Excel

Good understanding of

GST, TDS, and basic accounting standards

Strong

analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
