We are seeking a Finance Executive to manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, reporting, auditing, compliance, and payroll. This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting and compliance knowledge, who can ensure cost-effectiveness and regulatory adherence while supporting the company's strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts; track budget vs. actual monthly. Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable (AR) monitoring, and debt collection follow-ups. Verify supplier invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable (AP). Process payroll with accuracy (salaries, deductions, statutory contributions). Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making. Implement internal controls, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with laws. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and tax audits.

Eligibility Criteria:

2-4 years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in consulting or services). Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting standards. Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
