Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate

ROC filings

and statutory submissions. Manage

tax compliance

including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. Prepare and file

Income Tax Returns (ITR)

for the company and its directors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of

income, expenses, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations

. Prepare and present

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

along with MIS reports. Coordinate with

statutory, internal, and tax auditors

, ensuring smooth audits and proper documentation. Leverage prior

bank audit experience

to strengthen internal controls and financial reporting. Maintain well-organized

digital and physical records

of all financial documents. Stay abreast of updates in

tax laws, Companies Act provisions, and accounting standards

. Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support to management.

Requirements

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

Experience:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, with expertise in ROC filings, taxation, and audits.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, ITR, and Companies Act compliance

. (Preferred) Prior experience in

bank audits

and

statutory audits

.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and handle sensitive financial data with

confidentiality and integrity

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
