Manage end-to-end machinery leasing processes, including documentation, vendor liaison, and lease compliance.
Track lease agreements and payment schedules effectively.
NBFC Communication:
Maintain strong relationships with NBFCs for financing and operational matters.
Coordinate for loan approvals, renewals, disbursements, and compliance requirements.
Bank Connectivity & Operations:
Handle all banking relationships related to term loans, working capital, and credit facilities.
Assist in KYC processes, loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest reconciliation.
Funds Documentation & Tracking:
Maintain organized records of all fund inflows/outflows, agreements, and financial approvals.
Prepare MIS reports, loan summaries, and fund utilization documentation.
Customer Loan Assistance:
Guide and support customers in preparing documentation and applying for loans through NBFCs or banks.
Act as a liaison between customers and financial institutions to ensure smooth loan processing.
Compliance & Record Keeping:
Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and external regulations.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial records
What do we need (Requirements)
MBA Finance Candidate (Male Candidate Only)
2-5 years of experience in finance operations or similar roles.
Knowledge of leasing, NBFC and bank financing processes.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Ability to manage relationships with both institutional partners and customers.
