Reconciliation of Supplier/ client account statements.
Preparing provisions based on budgets and actuals
Key Duties:-
Day-to-day accounting activities like purchases, sales, and journal entries.
Reconciling the books with budgets.
Reconciling the Client & Supplier statements on a timely basis
Payment process and updating receipts.
Skill requirement:-
Complete accounting knowledge of Account Payables and Receivables.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
TDS and GST knowledge is a must.
Zoho Books or other accounting software experience would be advantageous.
Interpersonal skills.
Personal specification:-
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
1 or 2 years' experience in Finance & Accounts.
MS Office.
